A non-volatile memory device is provided. The non-volatile memory device comprises: a first storage unit where a mapping information and data between a plurality of a first addresses and a plurality of a second addresses are stored; a second storage unit having less storage capacity than the first storage unit; and a decoder which applies a read command, to read data corresponds to a second read address, to the first storage while a first read address among the plurality of the first addresses is provided and the mapping information is received from the first storage unit to the second storage unit to find a second read address, which corresponds to the first read address, among the plurality of the second addresses.
