PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage heat utilization system which can be installed and operated at low cost.SOLUTION: A fixed screen 21 is provided with a plurality of linear clearances 22 arranged to oppose a sewage drawing opening 2a. A movable screen 31 is so configured that a rake aggregate 32 with a plurality of rakes 33 inserted respectively into the clearances of the fixed screen 21 arranged in a direction is laminated at intervals corresponding to the respective clearances 22 of the fixed screen 21. The movable screen 31 has a through-hole 35 provided along the laminating direction of the rake aggregate 32. The through-hole 35 is provided with an eccentric shaft 36. The eccentric shaft 36 includes a cam part 38 and a revolving shaft 37 eccentrically revolving the cam part, and inserted into the through-hole 35 in the state that the revolving shaft 37 is parallel to the through-hole 35 and the cam part 38 abuts on the inside surface of the through-hole 35. The revolving shaft 37 of the eccentric shaft 36 is rotatively driven by driving means 41.
