PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device that implements low power consumption.SOLUTION: A power supply device 1 includes: a comparator 109 for comparing an error voltage ERR with a slope voltage SLP and generating a comparison signal S0; a PWM pulse generation section 110 for generating a PWM pulse S1a on the basis of a clock signal CLK and the comparison signal S0; a fixed on time pulse generation section 111 for generating a fixed on time pulse S1b having a constant on time and on number when triggered by the comparison signal S0; a one-shot pulse generation section 112 for generating a one-shot pulse S1c having a constant on time and on number once when a soft start voltage Vss exceeds a predetermined threshold voltage; and a selector 114 for selecting any one of the PWM pulse S1a, the fixed on time pulse S1b and the one-shot pulse S1c. |
