PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve output performance of a gas sensor by suppressing damage to a connection part between connection terminals or terminals.SOLUTION: A separator 40 is not fixed directly to a main metal fitting 50 and a metal outer cylinder 30, and is held and fixed in the metal outer cylinder 30 by the metal outer cylinder 30 and a holding member 36. The metal outer cylinder 30 is swaged and fixed to the main metal fitting 50 at a tip 31. The metal outer cylinder 30 engages with a flange 21 of a grommet 20 in a rear end 35 that is formed in a bent shape toward an inner side of a radial direction. The holding member 36 urges the separator 40 to be on an inner side of a circumferential direction by elastic force of a rear end 37 that is formed in a bent shape, and urges a flange 41 of the separator 40 to be on a rear end side of an axis O direction. The holding member 36 is fixed to the metal outer cylinder 30 by a swage part 33 formed by being swaged, along with the metal outer cylinder 30, toward the inner side of the radial direction from an outside of the metal outer cylinder 30. |
