A manufacturing device for magnetic pieces, constituting a magnetic body for a field pole, which is a magnetic body with a coating applied to the outer face fractured at a plurality of planned fracture sites, comprises: a mounting base on which the magnetic body is mounted; a pressing means for fracturing the magnetic body by pressing the magnetic body at the planned fracture sites disposed between two mounting bases; and a cutting means for cutting, after the magnetic body is fractured, the coating existing on the planned fracture sites on which the pressing means pressed.
