PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller with which mobile objects can be exchanged without stopping operation of one set of mobile object during the time of charging the other set of mobile object when alternately charging two sets of mobile objects, and a secondary battery can be efficiently used. SOLUTION: A counter 290 counts the frequency of charging performed by a charging device. A 2nd ROM 116 stores plural kinds of charging time predetermined corresponding to the respective numbers of times of charging within the range shorter than balance time. An exchange timing detecting means 124 reads the charging time corresponding to the number of times of charging provided by the counter 290 out of the 2nd ROM 116 and detects the exchange timing of mobile objects when the time measured by a time counter 122 reaches that read charging time. Then, when a signal from the exchange timing detecting means 124 is received, a control part 112 exchanges the mobile object under operating with the mobile object under charging through radio transmission. |
