HEADREST SUPPORT STRUCTURE

Two headrest stays (14L, 14R) are supported such that, when the tilt amount of the headrest stays (14L, 14R), relative to a seat back frame (10) and in the seat front-rear direction, is within a stipulated range, the support rigidity of a headrest (13) relative to the seat front-rear direction is reduced in comparison to when the tilt amount is outside said range. The two headrest stays (14L, 14R) are coupled so as to be relatively swingable in the seat front-rear direction, in the headrest (13).
