<p>The present invention addresses the issue of providing a robot that can easily and smoothly open a door and travel to another room. The robot comprises: a carriage comprising a two-wheel differential mechanism; a main body installed on the carriage; an arm attached to the main body and comprising, on the tip thereof, a hand capable of gripping a knob provided on the door; and a door-opening maintenance mechanism that holds the door open.</p> |
