摘要 Provided is a device for machining scratches on workpiece surface, which forms scratch designs with uniform depths to improve visual and tactile feeling of a product by applying a constant pressing force to the workpiece surface. According to a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises: a table for fixing a workpiece on a top surface thereof; forward and backward conveying axes horizontally arranged at both sides over the table; a head conveying slide including forward and backward conveying blocks combined to the forward and backward conveying axes by ball screws, a left-to-right conveying axis and a guide axis positioned in a direction orthogonal to the forward and backward conveying axes and supported by the forward and backward conveying blocks to be level with each other, and a left-to-right conveying axis driving motor mounted on the conveying blocks and rotating the left and right conveying axis forward and backward, and doing feeding motions in forward, backward, left and right directions according to rotating directions of the forward and backward conveying axes and the left-to-right conveying axis; a conveying head including a left-to-right conveying block combined to the left-to-right conveying axis by a ball screw and guided by the guide axis when moving, a vertical axis installed at the left-to-right conveying block side, and vertically moving being arranged over the table, and a sanding paper or lapping wheel installed under the vertical axis to make uniform scratches on the workpiece.
