Disclosed is a pulley applied in a water pump, a crank shaft and a generator of a vehicle. A pulley for a vehicle of the present invention is combined to a rotation axis to deliver driving force, and includes: a rotation body which comprises a number of first guide slits and a number of second guide slits which are combined to the rotation axis and are arranged along the circumference as being penetrated in a parallel direction with the axis of the rotation axis; a guide pin which is inserted into the first guide slit and has a space inside; a number of pendulums where a combining hole corresponding to the first guide slit and a third guide slit penetrated in a parallel direction with the rotation axis in correspondence to the second guide slit are provided; a first rolling member arranged on the outer circumference of the guide pin; a second rolling member inserted into the second guide slit and the third guide slit; and a combining member for combining the pendulum to the rotation body by penetrating the inside of the guide pin.
