PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive paste which achieves optimal electrical performance characteristics in spite of having a low silver content.SOLUTION: The conductive paste used for solar cell technologies contains first silver particles each having a particle diameter smaller than 1 μ and a superficial area exceeding 2.4 m/g, glass frits and organic vehicles. The conductive paste used for solar cell technologies further contains second silver particles each having a particle diameter exceeding 1 μ and a superficial area smaller than 2 m/g. Moreover, in the conductive paste, the total silver content of the paste is about less than 83.5 wt.%. In another embodiment, a solar cell includes a silicon wafer having a surface electrode containing the conductive paste. Moreover, in another embodiment, a solar cell module includes the solar cells which are interconnected electrically. In yet another embodiment, a method is provided for manufacturing the solar cell by applying the conductive paste to the silicon wafer and calcinating the wafer with an appropriate profile. |
