PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device, capable of visualizing the propagation of a shearing wave generated in a subject in the form of being simply confirmed by an inspector.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device 1 related to the present embodiment includes: an ultrasonic probe 3; a transmitting part 11 for transmitting a first ultrasonic wave for generating a shearing wave in a subject to a first region through the ultrasonic probe 3, and transmitting a second ultrasonic wave to a second region in the subject; a receiving part 13 for generating a receive signal based on the second ultrasonic wave; a displacement calculating part 19 for calculating the displacement of a tissue caused by the propagation of a shearing wave to the second region using the receive signal; an arrival time deciding part 21 for deciding the arrival time when the shearing wave arrives at each position based on a time change of the displacement concerning each position in the second region; and an image generating part 23 for generating a shearing wave arrival image to which a hue is assigned according to the arrival time based on the arrival time and the hue preset according to the arrival time.
