PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation sound sensing technique for sensing generated sound by discriminating between sound generated in a sensing space and sound generated in a space outside the sensing space.SOLUTION: A generation sound sensing device 100 includes: a spectrum change detector 130 for detecting variations in a high frequency component of an inputted acoustic signal; and a determining unit 150 for determining that sound is generated, when a detection result obtained by the spectrum change detector 130 indicates that a variation in the high frequency component has occurred of a predetermined level or higher. The spectrum change detector 130 includes, for example: a short time frequency analyzer 131 for performing frequency analysis of the acoustic signal; and a spectral high-range variation detector 132 for detecting variations in the high frequency component on the basis of a frequency parameter obtained by the short time frequency analyzer 131. |
