PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable urination or evacuation easily while being seated on a toilet seat and the like in a state of leaving trousers open, and enhance comfort in wearing the trousers.SOLUTION: A first combined piece 4 is combined from a left side and a second combined piece 5 is combined from a right side to an open area formed in a back body part 3 in a position corresponding to the buttocks. Then, a rubber string 6 is arranged in an edge of each of the combined pieces 4 and 5 in a combined direction along a hem thereof. When the combined pieces 4 and 5 are closed sequentially so as to cover the buttocks, the rubber strings 6 arranged in the combined pieces 4 and 5 are fitted to the buttocks along swellings thereof and therefore dislocation of the combined pieces 4 and 5 is prevented. Since the buttocks are covered by simply overlapping the combined pieces 4 and 5 with each other, comfortable feel of wearing can also be achieved. In urination or evacuation in a toilet, a care receiver lifts right and left sides of the waist alternately and the combined pieces 4 and 5 are pulled one by one to a releasing direction against an action to prevent dislocation by the elastic member in order to release the open part in a simple manner. |
