PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapidly and efficiently screening for an anti-infiltration agent, and the anti-infiltration agent obtained by the method.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for identifying a substance having an anti-infiltration action, and an anti-infiltration agent obtained by the method. The method includes the steps of: (a) providing each of cytoplasm suspension liquid containing labeled actin, and containing or not containing a candidate substance; (b) adding liposome which contains phospholipid having negative charge to the cytoplasm suspension liquid, and stimulating actin fiber formation; (c) measuring actin fiber formation degrees; (d) obtaining, as an actin fiber formation rate, a ratio of the actin fiber formation degree under the presence of the candidate substance to the actin fiber formation degree under the absence of the candidate substance; and (e) evaluating the anti-infiltration action of the candidate substance by using an actin fiber formation rate value as an indicator. |
