A phosphide catalyst for synthesis gas conversion, preparation method and use thereof, particularly provided are a catalyst for synthesizing synthesis gas (as raw material) into hydrocarbons and oxygenated compounds, preparation method and uses thereof. The catalyst consists of two parts: an active component and a carrier; the active component is a mixture comprising one or more of Fe, Co and Ni in the metallic state and phosphides thereof; the carrier is selected from SiO2 or Al2O3. The catalyst can convert H2/CO into oxygen compounds and hydrocarbons containing two or more carbon atoms under a constant temperature and pressure in a fixed bed or slurry bed reactor with high activity and high selectivity.
