PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printing plate which has good storage property, which prevents contamination in a nonpicture part during development and which has good adhesion property by incorporating a specified compd. SOLUTION: This photosensitive compsn. contains a compd. expressed by the formula. In the formula, A is Si, Ti or Al, R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen atoms, methyl groups or ethyl groups and may be same or different, R3 is an alkylene group, R4 is a hydrogen atom, methyl group, ethyl group, hydroxyl group, methoxy group or ethoxy group, R5 and R6 are independently hydrogen atoms, alkyl groups or aryl groups, X is an amide bond or ester bond. The compd. of the formula has >=5 acid value. Or, the photosensitive compsn. is a photopolymerizable compsn. consisting of the compd. expressed by the formula, a compd. having at least one ethylene type unsatd. bond in the molecule which enables photosynthesis, an org. high mol.wt. polymer and a photopolymn. initiator. |
