PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspecting device detecting a foreign material surely even when a pixel corresponding to an article to be inspected covers a break portion of X-ray image information due to an insufficient interval in the transfer direction of articles. SOLUTION: The X-ray inspecting device is provided with: a conveying unit for conveying articles; an X-ray source for irradiating articles with X rays during transfer with X rays;, an X-ray detector for receiving a transmitted X ray that transmits through an article; and an image processing unit for image-processing X-ray image information based on an output from the X-ray detector by a predetermined width in the transfer direction of articles.
