The device has a holder (10) including a receiving portion (12) that is detachably attached to a functional part i.e. dialyzer. The holder includes a pivot portion (13) by which the holder is pivotably mounted to a support (30) of a component part (20) so as to be pivotable about an axis of rotation. The support is movable relative to the component part in a spring-loaded manner. The component part includes a recess (21) that is provided with the pivot portion and the support, so that the receiving portion protrudes from the recess when the holder is pivoted about the axis of rotation.
