PURPOSE: A device for controlling the velocity of a rotary fluid sprayer is provided to install the device, which are mechanically driven without an external power supply or applied power, inside the sprayer in order to rotate a nozzle tube at a constant velocity without fluid pressure, thereby improving spray efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A rotary fluid sprayer(100) comprises a spray housing(103) and a nozzle tube(106) coupled to the spray housing. The spray housing has a pipe connecting part connected with a fluid pipe so that the spray housing is fed with fluid sprayed upwards. The rotatable nozzle inside the spray housing has an inlet port and a nozzle tip. The inlet port is connected with the pipe connecting part, and fed with the fluid. The nozzle tip sprays the fluid outside. The sprayer further has a device(110) for controlling the velocity of the nozzle tube. The device rotates the nozzle tube at a desired velocity without an applied external power in order to normally spray the fluid to a desired position in a straight line. The device comprises a control housing(112) and a control unit. The control housing is integrated with one side of the spray housing, and is covered with a cover as a sealing unit fastened to the control housing with a fixing unit. The control unit inside the control housing uniformly maintains the rotational velocity of the nozzle tube. |
