PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform information communication that has a multiplier effect of an image and communication, enjoying conversation while watching images by preparing a portable digital transmitter-receiver and a digital printer and constructing a transmitting and receiving system of an image and sound. SOLUTION: Each cell 20 is provided with a radio base station 21 and can send a digital signal from a digital transmitter-receiver 1 to facsimile equipment 4, a telephone set 5 or a personal computer 6, etc., via a connecting device 22, a local exchange 23 and a toll exchange 24, etc., and through a toll exchange 26, local exchanges 27 in an NTT public network 25. If there is a digital printer 7 that is preliminarily arranged in each cell 20, the transmitter-receiver 1 that is carried there is directly inserted into an insertion slot of a serial port dock, and image data is directly received and printed out after a condition of print out is selected.
