The invention is feasible for coating a board with liquid. The coating module includes two plates and a detour structure, a slot in between the plates. The slot has an inlet of the slot and an outlet of the slot. One of the plates has an injection port. The detour structure funnels the injection port with the inlet of the slot, and liquid flows through the injection port and into the detour structure to pass through until reaching the inlet of the slot. The fluid reaches the outlet of the slot to be discharged onto the board which is on the verge of being coated. |
