摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a smart inverter for a loom comprising a central control unit which is connected to a motor for supplying weft threads of the loom, controls the operation of the motor by individually setting a revolution per minute (RPM) depending on the type of weft threads and pattern properties, and receives state information of the motor, weft thread supply state information, and system state information of the loom; a weaving database which stores weaving information including the state information of the motor, the weft supply state information, and the system state information received from the central control unit; and a display device composed of a touch panel in which the central control unit displays the weaving information stored in the weaving database and inputs driving signals of the loom. The central control unit individually calculates an optimal process revolution per minute according to the weft thread supplied by the weaving information and resets the revolution per minute of the motor. The present invention can set the RPM individually according to the type of weft threads and pattern properties, improve weaving process efficiency, reduce power wastage, and automatically calculate the RPM with the highest weaving efficiency according to the state of fabric, thereby providing a control device capable of maintaining the best production performance when the fabric is woven in small quantity batch production with rapid changes in the pattern.
