The present invention is aimed to provide a resin composition having excellent high-speed extrusion lamination molding properties and capable of maintaining the adhesion well and a laminate including a layer composed of the resin composition. The present invention is concerned with a resin composition comprising (A) a polypropylene based resin containing a modified polypropylene obtained by modifying polypropylene with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, (B) a propylene based copolymer, (C) an ethylene·±-olefin copolymer, and (D) polyethylene, and a laminate including a layer composed of the resin composition.
