<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves detecting the tooth-on-tooth position of positive switching element (6) of automatic transmission (5) depending on a drive-side and input-side rotational speeds of the positive switching element, and depending on a synchronous speed. Specific actuator is selected from the group of actuators depending on overcoming of tooth-on-tooth position of positive switching element, such that the drive-side and input-side rotational speeds of locking switching element are same as the synchronous speed. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for overcoming tooth-on-tooth position of positive switching element between gears of transmission for hybrid vehicle, by using actuator, transmission brake, driving clutch and/or electric machine. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The quick response time for overcoming the tooth-on-tooth position of positive switching element can be achieved while guaranteeing high shifting comfort.
