The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for fixing a tripod for precise leveling, in installing a surveying equipment used for various surveyings using a tripod, capable of performing stable precise leveling work by maintaining a firm fixed state even when a ground for fixing an in-bar staff is not rigid, capable of accurately maintaining a vertical state by finely tuning the slope and capable of obtaining precise and accurate data when precise leveling by minimally decreasing a vibration delivered to the in-bar staff even when the vibration is generated to the ground. The apparatus for fixing a tripod for precise leveling of the present invention includes: a fixing cylinder body for fixing an end of legs of the tripod; a central body connected to the fixing cylinder body; a fixing body for surrounding the central body to be located in the center; engagement screw and nut for engaging the central body with the fixing body; a plurality of elastic springs elastically installed in between the central body and fixing body; a conical protrusion formed on the bottom surface of the fixing body' a fixing tool respectively installed in both end units of the fixing body; a fixing rod for inserting into the ground surface through the fixing tool; and an operation rod and a rotary member for moving a fixing piece installed in both sides of a lower part of the fixing rod in between insertion location within the fixing rod and fixing location protruding outward from the fixing rod.
