The present invention relates to a cotton swab including cotton parts on either or both ends of a rod, comprising a protective membrane for fast enveloping the whole cotton parts and the outer circumference surface of the end part of the bar; a cutting line formed on the protective membrane via treatment to be brittle so as to induce the tear of the protective membrane, thereby exposing the cotton parts easily; and a slip-resistant part formed on the rod-side end part of the protective membrane in the shape of one or more irregularities to prevent slip. According to the present invention, the cotton parts can be kept clean because the protective membrane fast envelops the whole cotton parts and the outer circumference surface of the end part of the rod before the use of the cotton swab. And the cotton parts can be used conveniently and sanitarily because the cotton parts can be exposed through the cutting line during the use of the cotton swab. The operation of exposing the cotton parts outside to use the cotton swab is facilitated by including a grab part for enabling a user to grab and pull the cotton swab or the slip-resistant part in the shape of irregularities for preventing slip. Also the protective membrane does not generate additional waste and disposal after use is very simple because the part of the protective membrane enveloping the cotton parts still adheres to the rod and the protective membrane does not separate owing to the cutting line formed only on the part of the protective membrane enveloping the cotton parts even if the cotton parts are exposed outside to use the cotton swab. |
