The present invention comprises the following: a fuel cell forming a stack by compressing and assembling an end plate, a cathode plate, a stack unit, an anode plate, and another end plate; a cooling device for circulating cooling water inside the stack unit for cooling, fixed and installed on the outside of the end plate; and multiple membrane humidifying units inserted in between the end plate on one side and the cathode plate. The stack, the cooling device, and the humidifying units are integrated to compact-modulating a fuel cell system.
