A user feedback-based sensitivity measuring method is performed in a sensitivity measuring server connected to a user terminal. The sensitivity measuring method includes a step of providing content and metadata relating to the content as related information of the content and a step of receiving a subjective sensitivity change index and a subjective sensitivity index of a user by the content after one or more parts of the content are played in the user terminal. The subjective sensitivity index indicates an index of a final emotion state of the user affected by the content and the subjective sensitivity change index indicates an index of a sensitivity change state of the user affected by the content. Therefore, the present invention can recommend content corresponding to current sensitivity of the user based on user feedback.
