The present invention relates to a heating metal elastic pavement material which is provided with an aluminum pipe buried in elastic packaging chips in a metal form frame for a snow-melting heating cable to be installed so that a pedestrian walks safely on a walking trail even when it snows and to a method of manufacturing and constructing a snow-melting elastic pavement deck having pavement materials of a walking trail on a steel structure installed with a heating cable. The methods of manufacturing and constructing the snow-melting elastic pavement deck are as follows. An integral metal frame is formed by performing an argon arc welding work for welding a stainless steel forming an outer slope to a galvanized steel plate which is bent. The metal frame has a rainwater outlet on one side of the lower part thereof and an aluminum circular pipe and a mounting unit provided for taking in a heating wire for heating. The stainless steel slope has a hole bored for the heating wire to be inserted in the width direction of forming a pavement material. Phased elastic packaging chips are placed inside the metal frame and tramped by a steam roller. Cured pavement material are welded to the steel truss-structured walking trail by applying argon gas welding, and has the heating wire inserted into the right and left sides thereof and a power cable cover fastened thereto using screws. The surface of the elastic pavement material gets heated when electricity is applied to the elastic pavement material, and melts the snow. |
