Disclosed is a pulverized coal injecting nozzle for a plasma gasifier which includes a body unit (110) and a pulverized coal discharging unit (120). An open pulverized coal inlet (111) through which supplied pulverized coal flows into the inside of the body is formed in a side of the body (110). A swirl space unit (112) where the pulverized coal received via the pulverized coal inlet (111) can swirl is formed on the body (110). The pulverized coal discharging unit is extended and formed on the open side of the body unit (110) and includes an internal space (121) which is open in a direction identical to the longitudinal direction where the swirl space unit (112) is formed and which is connected to the swirl space unit. An outlet (122) which is joined to a plasma gasifier (220) and which discharges the pulverized coal to the inside of the plasma gasifier (220) is formed on the pulverized coal discharging unit (120).
