PURPOSE: A grill is provided to prevent the oil from falling to a heating medium and harmful substances from being generated caused by the oil oxidation because the food is not cooked on the upper side of the heating medium and is roasted by the indirect fire. CONSTITUTION: A grill (100) includes a heat guide member (200). The heat guide member is arranged in the center of the grill and diffuses the heat facing the center of the grill to entire surfaces of the grill for the direct fire. The lower surface of the heat guide member is formed in a curved shape or flat shape in order that the heat facing the center of the grill is converted. |
