An apparatus and a method for fabricating an organic light-emitting device having an ink jet unit using laser thermal imaging are presented to form full color emission layer of R, G and B color of a polymer organic EL device at a time, and to increase coating efficiency of a luminance material as simplifying a patterning process for the full color emission layer. According to an apparatus for fabricating an organic light-emitting device having an ink jet unit(1), the ink jet unit comprises nozzles of R, G, B color. An ink storing part(2) supplies corresponding ink liquid. A driving unit(5) has a driving motor for transporting the ink jet unit back and forth. A control part is electrically connected to the driving motor of the driving unit, and controls the ink jet unit. |
