PURPOSE: A piston assembling device of an engine assembling line is provided to enable piston to be smoothly assembled since an elastic instrument is installed on a piston gripper so that the precise center correction is made by the elastic instrument. CONSTITUTION: A piston assembling device(100) of an engine assembling line comprises a gripper(430), a second fixing support(310), and an elastic instrument(10). The gripper grips a piston. The second fixing support supports the gripper. The elastic instrument is installed to correct the center error between the gripper and the second fixing support. The elastic instrument comprises an upper support, a lower support, an elastic unit, and a limiter. The upper support is fixed to the lower part of the second fixing support. A gripper fixing member(410), on which a gripper(430) is installed, is coupled to the lower part of the lower support. The elastic unit is installed between the upper and lower supports. The limiter is installed between the upper and lower supports. |
