PURPOSE: A curtain wall unit is provided to prevent a thermal ability degradation caused by leakage of water or air through a connection cap of a curtain wall so that a defect generation factor is fundamentally blockaded. CONSTITUTION: A curtain wall unit comprises a pair of vertical members(110), a pair of horizontal members(141), a vertical gasket(141), and a horizontal gasket(142), and a sealing sponge. The pair of vertical members constitutes a tetragonal frame. The horizontal member lies at right angles to the vertical member. The vertical and horizontal gaskets are respectively joined to the vertical member or horizontal member. The sealing sponge is joined to a portion where the pair of vertical gaskets faced each other and the horizontal gasket lying at right angles. |
