<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in the case that both of a distributed power supply such as photovoltaic power generation and a storage battery are installed at a user's site, it is conventionally unclear which of electric power of the distributed power supply and electric power of the storage battery is counter-tide electric power. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention comprises means for measuring output power amount of a distributed power supply and means for measuring charge/discharge electric power of a storage battery. Both of user's power consumption and counter-tide power amount are counted. A smaller one of the power amount obtained by deducting the discharge power amount of the storage battery from the counter-tide power amount, and the power amount of the distributed power supply is estimated to be the counter-tide power amount generated by the power generation of the distributed power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
