Method for detecting deviation

The method involves sending a radar signal (101) in the direction of a reflection surface (103) and receiving a radar signal component (105) reflected to the reflection surface. A deflection of the reflection surface is determined on the basis of the emitted radar signal and the reflected radar signal component. The radar signal is emitted in the direction of the reflection surface. A deflection mean value is determined from the deflections. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a radar scanning surface with a vibrating membrane; (2) a radar arrangement for use a radar microphone for detecting noise signals and for detecting vibrations of an object; and (3) a computer program with a program code for executing a deflection detection method.
