<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The tire (1) has a crown (2) extended by side walls (3) and beads (4), where a base of the crown is mounted on a rim base. A carcass reinforcement structure (5) is anchored in the beads. A cellular layer (10) is placed on an internal wall (8) of the tire and includes butyl rubber, where the layer is made of foam material. The layer is adhered to a tire structure about 20 percentages of its surface. A curvilinear length in entire axial section of the layer is greater than a curvilinear length in an axial section of the internal wall that is in contact with the layer. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method of fabricating a tire. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Tire for a private passenger type vehicle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The cellular layer is adhered to the tire structure about 20 percentages of its surface, thus reducing rolling noise of the tire in a simple and inexpensive manner, and hence improving the comfort of the driver or passenger of the vehicle.
