Discloses an apparatus consisting of 12 parts. Closed demountable frame consisting of an upper base (1), the lower base of the carrier jaws (2) connected to the expanding stack of annular cross-section of aluminum alloy (3) with screws (9). Tensioning device is designed runners with carrier jaw (4), moving between the expanding and headed studs made of aluminum alloy (3), tensioning screw (8) and turnbuckle (7), with which the rotating torque wrench produces known tension force F in X-axis in the sample of rubber-textile conveyor belt. Grooved fixing jaws (5) and (6) is height-adjustable for different thicknesses of rubber and textile samples of the conveyor belt (12) and by means of screw connections (10) form a firm clamping joint. Grooved fixing jaws (5) and (6) are with the lower of the base (1) with the carrier or the direction of the carrier jaw (4) connected screw connections (11). |
