The present invention relates to a device for prevention disasters in a cabinet and distribution board capable of preventing over-voltage from generating and maintaining normal voltage when disorder in a neutral line (N) occurs in the cabinet and distribution board. The device for prevention disasters in a cabinet and distribution board comprises: a power supply device equipped with a main breaker and a breaker (MCCB) for supplying power; and a neutral line recovery device detecting open phase of the power supply device, judging neutral line disconnection when open phase is detected, then firstly trying to recover the neutral line, secondly trying to recover the neutral line when over current flows on the neutral line after the recovery of the neutral line and automatically running a breaker when over current flows on the neutral line after the second attempt to recover the neutral line.
