PURPOSE: A flexible organic light emitting device including a buckle structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve outcoupling efficiency by forming a spontaneous buckle structure in the flexible organic light emitting device including a PEDOT:PSS anode. CONSTITUTION: A flexible and transparent substrate having is prepared. A polymer anode is laminated on the flexible and transparent substrate. An electroluminescent layer is laminated on the polymer anode. A cathode is laminated on the electroluminescent layer. The electroluminescent layer and the cathode include a buckle structure.
