PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building board giving different feelings according to viewing directions and abundant in a decorative design property by partially changing the reflecting conditions of light on the recessed grooves of the building board formed with a plurality of recessed grooves on the surface section. SOLUTION: When parallel light is projected from the surface to the surface section 12 of a building board 10 formed with a plurality of recessed grooves 11a-11e, the reflection states of light from the recessed grooves 11a-11e are made not necessarily equal, and at least one recessed groove 11c shows the reflection state different from that of the other recessed grooves 11a, 11b, 11d, 11e. Reflection conditions of light from the surface section 12 can be partially changed on one building board 10 or on an outer wall portion fitted with many building boards 10. An execution structure of the building board 10 and the outer wall portion giving different feelings according to viewing directions, not a monotonous repetitive feeling, but abundant in a decorative design property can be obtained.
