BALL JOINT AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball joint manufacturable at a low cost which can prevent a lubricant from flowing out and eliminate a machining process for a groove for mounting of sealed bellows. SOLUTION: This ball joint includes a bearing shell 2 accommodating balls 3 to constitute a ball socket 4, and the space between this bearing shell 2 and a casing 1 is filled with an injective material 5, and the material 5 overhangs to the end region 1.4 as going beyond the opening 1.2 of the casing 1 facing the ball socket 4 so that a connective region for accommodation of sealed bellows 6 is formed.
