<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator-linked crime prevention system capable of securing a time for coping with a criminal without being noticed by the criminal in conjunction with a personal authentication device of the elevator for authenticating a visitor. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator-linked security system prevents crime in conjunction with an elevator control device. The elevator control device controls the elevator installed in a building equipped with the personal authentication device which takes in information for personal authentication inputted by the visitor to the building, authenticates the visitor based on the taken-in information and when the visitor is admitted to visit, issues a command for unlocking an entrance door of the building. The personal authentication device is provided with a special key which is indistinguishable to an outsider and when the special key is depressed, commands the elevator control device to delay a time required until a car of the elevator is allocated at the entrance story of the building by operating the elevator for crime prevention measures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
