PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can impart the feeling of satisfaction to a game player by making the game player listen to music to the end by reducing the case that the music may be intermittent. SOLUTION: When a performance mode is controlled to a probability variable mode, special music long in performance time over a plurality of variations is continuously output; and when a ready-to-win sign is established at the variation of a performance symbol, the special music is interrupted in output for inciting the expectation of a jackpot by a ready-to-win sign performance, and a sound and voice corresponding to the ready-to-win sign performance (effective sound, music or the like) is output. Then, when the performance mode is controlled to the probability variable mode, a variation pattern (type of variation pattern) accompanied by the ready-to-win sign performance is decided at a rate lower than when the performance mode is controlled to a time-shortened mode.
