The present invention relates to a wire rope fixing device for a falling-stone prevention net with a shock absorbing function which prevents stones from falling from a cut slope and, more specifically, to a wire rope fixing device for a falling-stone prevention net with a shock absorbing function which is capable of absorbing shock caused by falling stones, by enabling a fixed wire rope to move within a fixed range. The wire rope fixing device fixing the wire rope which installs a falling-stone prevention net on the ground comprises: a main body including a plate-shaped bottom plate; an outer wall formed on the circumference of the bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate has a first bolt hole in the center and the outer wall has multiple rope containers and grooves; a plate-shaped cover which covers the upper part of the main body and which has a second bolt hole on a position corresponding to the position of the first bolt hole; an anchor which integrates the main body with the cover by penetrating the main body and the cover and which has an end inserted into the ground for attaching the main body to the ground; and a stopper which is attached to the front and back sides of the wire rope passing through the rope container and the rope grooves and which is attached to the outer side of the outer wall of the main body spaced from the outer wall.
