The present invention relates to an apparatus for identifying altitude difference of the ground surface for photographing a high precision flight image, more particularly, to an apparatus for identifying altitude difference of the ground surface for photographing a high precision flight image capable of confirming altitude change of the ground surface and accurately determining a photographed region requiring a rephotography. According to the present invention, the apparatus is capable of confirming altitude change of the ground surface while flight photographing by measuring the altitude of the ground surface through a radio altimeter, is capable of controlling a sensing region of an obstacle for photography when necessary by controlling a sensing angle of a first detection sensor and a second detection sensor and is capable of accurately confirming a region requiring rephotography by accurately understanding whether the obstacle which prevents photography exists in the photographed region or not, furthermore, has effects on improving not only the observation efficiency but also the accuracy of observation by monitoring all the directions of an obstacle which passes below an aircraft. |
