The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a hot forged product comprising: a first step for forming a powder forming sintered body since a press pressurizes a mold after a powder is charged in the mold; a second step for sintering the formed powder forming sintered body in a sintering furnace; a third step for shot blast processing the sintered powder forming sintered body; a forth step for carbon-coating the shot blast processed powder forming sintered body; a fifth step for high-frequency induction heating the carbon coated powder forming sintered body; a sixth step for forging the high-frequency induction heating powder forming sintered body; a seventh step for cooling the forged powder forming sintered body in a nitrogen atmosphere; and an eighth step for shot blast processing the cooled powder forming sintered body. The method of manufacturing a hot forged product is capable of reducing a production cost since a loss of a material and a processing amount are reduced than a conventional hot forging process, and reducing a manufacturing process by using a powder forming sintered body as a preform of a hot forging.
