The present invention relates to a concentrating type solar power generating system which generates power by saturated vapor which is generated through a heat exchange after collecting light energy which is emitted from sun, generating superheated vapor of high temperature and high pressure, and storing heat. The present invention includes: a heat collecting unit which collects solar light in a light collector which is assembled in at least one while tracking sun, heats a heating medium which is supplied to a heat collector by heating the heat collector positioned at a fixed interval from the light collector, and generates superheated stream of high temperature; a heat storage unit which heats a heat storage tank of a floor heating mode by the superheated steam which is generated from the heat collector and stores heat; a heat exchange unit which is able to drive a power generator by operating a steam turbine with the heat stored in the heat storage unit and exchanges the heat by saturated vapor of high temperature and high pressure; and a heat medium tank which supplies a heat medium of low temperature to the heat collector and the heat storage unit and stores the heat medium which is inputted through the heat exchange unit. The present invention is able to: minimize a heat loss and increase heat collection efficiency by collecting solar energy in a short focal distance by using the light collector of high efficiency while tracking sun; use potential heat even in a night time and a rain by generating the superheated steam of high temperature in the heat collector and storing the heat in the heat storage unit of the floor heating mode; plan a continuous advance by exchanging the potential heat of the heat storage tank and operating the steam turbine by the generated saturated steam; and be used in various fields including a cooling or heating process or a cooking by the saturated steam which is generated by the heat exchange.
