<p>The present method comprises: a base frame; a horizontal holding unit which is disposed on the top of the base frame in order for a woodblock to be mounted in the horizontal direction; a spindle mounting unit which is positioned on the front side of the base frame and wherein spindles which is for machining bits to be installed are equipped as the spindles can be rotated in the horizontal direction; a spindle rotating drive unit which is disposed on the spindle mounting unit for rotation driving of the spindles; a moving unit of the mounting unit which is provided for moving the spindle mounting unit at least in vertical directions and in horizontal directions which is perpendicular to the axial direction of the spindle; and a control unit for controlling the spindle rotating drive unit and a moving unit of the mounting unit.</p>
